New “Work from Home” units are planned for construction on the SW side of Cedar Rapids, with groundbreaking set for Fall 2025 and move-in availability beginning Spring/Summer 2026.
We’re looking for creative, driven individuals with home-based business ideas. The process begins with this brief questionnaire about your business or concept. From there:
- Applicants will receive personalized feedback and guidance on how to complete a full proposal (RFP).
- Final selections will be based on the overall strength and fit of the proposal, not simply the highest rent offered.
